Cancelation & Payment Policy

It is understood that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Our time together is important, so please consider your schedule carefully and do not commit to a time that you feel may be questionable. Please understand that your time commitment begins at the moment you reserve your appointment. As a courtesy to all clients, please give notice whenever possible. 

 

In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policy will be honored:

  • Scheduled services are held by a credit card. 
  • At least 24-hour advanced reservation is required. 
  • Appointment cancelations made in advance, outside of the 24-hour appointment window, will result in a 50% charge of the service amount. Missed or canceled appointments within the 24-hour appointment window will result in a full charge of the service amount.
  • Kindly note, in the event of payments resulting in insufficient funds, an additional fee will be imposed.
  • Monthly Membership appointments that have already been paid for must be used and cannot be refunded. After the first two months/payments, you can cancel your membership with 30 days notice without penalty. You MUST be enrolled for at least two months before canceling for any reason to avoid a penalty charge in the amount of discount applied per month you were enrolled. When you receive notice of your appointment, you have the ability to change/cancel your appointment, as well as pay for your appointment ahead of time if you wish.
